We were supposed to get a jucy 2 berth and ended up with 6 berth which had lots wrong with it and both gas bottles totally empty

Very bad experience with them. I booked a relocation vehicle. In the booking description, they mentioned a free ferry ticket, one free full fuel tank, and 1350 km allowed, after which RUC would be payable. They did provide a free ferry ticket for the drive, which is correct. However, when I went to return the van, they said I had to pay all RUC, claiming that the kilometres were only allowed but not free. This was a big misunderstanding created by them during the booking process. After the booking was completed, they sent a confirmation email stating that all RUC had to be paid. I did not notice this at the time because it was not clearly mentioned while booking, only after payment was made. They created a lot of confusion, which ended up costing me a lot of money.
