Easy process, from start to finish

More transparency with rental companies- particularly with things like ferries,
Prevent rental companies from imposing absurd excesses e.g $6k to then reduce to $300 for $35/day.
It’s simply a way of squeezing money out of people using transfercar while saying it’s a free rental etc.

The options are great they only thing I didn't like was when the rental company cancelled my booking they didn't give a reason (AA Rentals), which was a bit annoying. It's always good to know why. But Eurocar were great!
