Transfercar investment opportunity

Transfercar is now in its 5th year of running an online vehicle relocation service that enables rental car companies to drastically reduce costs in transportation services, while offering a way for travelers to travel for free. Our business model offers a real win-win-win scenario, where the drivers get to drive a car for free, Transfercar gets paid for providing a driver, and the rental car companies save on relocation costs.

Transfercar first introduced the service in New Zealand in 2008. The service was later expanded to include Australia in 2010. Since then over 40,000 travelers have registered as drivers and Transfercar has relocated over 11,000 rental cars and campers. Transfercar reached break-even in 2011 and has since then been making a profit.

We want to improve and expand our business so we are looking for investors to take the concept into United States, build a strong development team and develop additional revenue streams. We are seeking NZ$ 350k (approx. US$ 292k) in instalments over 2 years, in new capital.  In return for the investment, the investor(s) will receive 20% equity share in Transfercar.
