Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

The number of INCLUDED DAY(S) refers to calendar days, not 24 hours cycles. E.g. 1 INCLUDED DAY requires the vehicle to be returned the same day as the pickup date. PLEASE NOTE: At the time of pickup the renter will need to present 1) a current driver license and 2) a valid credit or card in the driver’s name. Credit cards must have the available credit for a $750 security deposit returned when the vehicle is dropped off. Basic coverage included. To waive excess fee (CDW) the price is $15 payable at the time of picking up the vehicle. Gas is not included. |
