The only thing I could fault was that I couldn't upgrade the insurance excess but am not sure if that was because of Transfercar of Europcar. Other than that no issues thank you.

Ensure the drop off instructions are correct or require the company to confirm details directly. 247 rentals was a run around. Pick up in Queenstown was fine but the drop off location in Christchurch was incorrect and they weren't answering their phone. Had a real challenge to drop the car and ended up being late to a funeral because of it.

Better to notify that this rental operator requires signed rental agreement days before rental as they are not physically located at pickup location for paperwork. Had to run around town finding a printer/scanner

So far so good, keep the god work. Maybe all cars should have a free tank though, as you have to think relocators are a solution to the rental companies.

Hi Joan, the car we have drove got the problems, something wrong with the sensors, it’s beeping all the way from Melbourne to Adelaide. I have reported first day but because Anzac day no shop opened, second days the road service came out but he said can’t fixed it, then 3rd days went to Adelaide airport they didn’t have the car to swop.
