Make clearer what response is needed after a request is approved, ie does the driver need to call company to further confirm or is no response a confirm. Call to confirm your booking or make any changes within 2 days of being accepted. --from email showing request had been accepted.

I would like to recommend to be more precise when is the time to pickup the vehicle, while people will have only a number of days for bring it to the other place is very important to pickup the vehicle on the arrival without have to wait and change plans of the trip... and would be nice as well if there is more extensibility in to buy extra days. I still waiting my bond by the way . Thanks see you next time

When I went to pick up the hire car I was told that because I only had a debit card that $2000 would be held against it as an insurance excess. The agent told me that it may take up to a month to release these funds back to me. In order to avoid this unacceptable situation I was 'forced' to take out additional coverage @ $17 a day. For a worn out Hyundai Getz, that was being returned to AKL so that it could be auctioned off, this felt like I was renting the car anyway - less of a relocation. I know it is not transfercar's issue but it did leave a bitter taste. I won't mention the $260 parking ticket we got in Wellington because Jucy had not put the up-to-date rego card on the car! If possible, if a request is made for a pickup within 24 hours, there should be some form of insurance that a reply will be dealt with much sooner than other requests

The hire company weren’t clear on the transfer car conditions - ie not having to return the car with a full tank of fuel when we had confirmed this in the transfer car agreement. Mixed messages.
