Yes. It was pretty scary with the little amount of infomation we had when we signed up. No indication of what we were getting before we got to the hire place. Were we signing our lives away? Too much legal jargon and not enough information. I believe you would get many more people follow through with bookings if they knew what to expect.

Whole experience from transfercar was great! Only issue we had was that the RV was huge (32 feet), but we knew that was an option going in. But everyone from the RV company and transfercar were helpful and professional the whole time.

free was not actually free. Paying $20 a day for unlimited mileage is not free . I rent cars several times per year, and generally get them for about $10/day. I opted to transfer a car for you, for free instead of just flying for $82. Having to pay $60 to drive 12 hours was not worth it. Especially because Bluetooth did not work or connect to my phone. Also, the car did not have working Cruise Control. I drove 12 hours with no Cruise!

your platform/service was great. we were surprised to have to make/provide a $5,000.00 EFTpos (cash) bond for the relocation. this was not stated in the T Cs?!!
