I would have liked more help when I picked up the car. I was helped to find the Power button (at my height it was hidden behind the steering wheel. I explained that I'd never driven a Hybrid before. It would have helped immensely if he'd explained about cruise control - or even suggested that I look in the manual. I didn't do it until I returned home having had to watch my speed the whole way.

I found the whole thing very great, seamless. Maybe a small laminated card with quick instructions on 1. which side is the fuel 2. where is the fuel opening switch 3. how to set the trip counter 4. how to work the handbrake in this model. I had great service thanks.

Confirmation sooner or same time from the vehicle rental company after confirmation from transfercar is only suggestion. Very happy and thankful for transfercar customer service and follow up resolveing conformation of rental vechile with them. Took me many attempts but worth he perserverance. Overall would highly recomend transfercar.
