customer should be able to request multiple car as if its not sure if the customer going to get the car he wanted and at the same time secure the trip

The attention that I received from the company was horrible. I had a confusion with something that I had seen in the webpage. One guy at the phone was so disrespectful. Instead of explaining me he started talking me in a bad way.
