Yes, 1) The transfer included a free tank of fuel. It was not clear that I was to return the car empty, so I had to claim a refund. I am happy to say the refund was made. 2) I returned the car in Adelaide on a Sunday, and there was nobody to receive it. Drop-off procedures were not explained.

Upon arrival I had followed instructions as per email to contact the people to collect our van. After getting through, we were told there is no information or data about it. I had found all emails and forwarded it to those who were missing it only simply to be told “there is nothing we can do and there is no car to give you” If we simply had a day or 2 notice it would have made our first day a little less stressful. I understand things can go wrong but this was last minute and we probably wouldn’t have heard about it unless we followed up.

Not charge for late cancellations. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between the rental car company and the driver.

Free fuel. I am very pleased to transfer cars for you all whenever needed. But the cost for me, fuel insurance was the only down side for myself. Im just offering my service but it costs me to help out. My return bus or plane fare is my costs I am ok with.

I was told my card wasn't a debit card and I would this have to get insurance for the card, even though my card says debit in large letters on it. Yesterday I went into ANZ and they confirmed it was a debit card. I'm not sure if you guys get a piece of the endurance money - but from my view I was charged extra for no reason.
