Better coordination with the actual rental company who provides the car. Apex Rentals Wellington office informed me in e-mail that I would have to take a Toyota Highlander to Auckland. 8 days later when I went to their office the car was a Nissan Tiida. How do you rearrange the family and stuff that needs a station wagon to fit into a Tiida? The minimum Apex should've done is one sentence in an e-mail or a text message informing me about the change. This is not charity by the rental companies and they should treat the relocation drivers accordingly.
