I think more details about the vehicle and its fit out prior to booking would be helpful. Our Jucy vehicle was pretty marginal. (I would have complained to them if it was a paid hire).

I changed dates to postpone a few days and it was all fine but someone in CHch office number never 2 x didn't update it with an email confirmation!! THE CONTACT PH NUMBER IN CHRISTCHURCH REVERTS TO AN AUSTRALIAN OR PHILOPINO OR MALAYSIAN CALL CENTRE AND IS TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY, to the point that it is better to drive ones own car as a New Zealander, and not help transfercars and rental car companies, as they make us pay down to get decent excesses, which is effectively a hire of a car, which is not assisting a relocator doing work for the rental companies getting vehicles where they have a hire booking for several days or weeks arranged. THERE IS NO REAL BENEFIT FOR NEW Zealander's to relocate vehicles, BUT ONLY RrISK

If I would be able to apply for two or more car transfers at once then I would give 10 stars. In theory I can apply for two or more transfers but the problem is, that if two or more accept at the same time then I have to cancel one which costs me the cancellation fee. I should be able to agree on the transfer and then pay the fee if I don't show up or cancel. Hope that makes sense? If not get in touch, happy to explain. Besides that, nice service, keep it up!

I found it a little weird, that I had to send the company ALL may credit card details by mail. I would prefer, if they could get all necessary details from your platform.

Maybe add rubberized liner to the bottom of vehicle draws. This may reduce noise, when driving, from metallic items.

Perhaps knowing a driver is arriving for a prearranged transfer vehicle, they may be seen quicker rather than waiting an hour in line behind holiday goers.
