I was requested to buy insurance from the company that provided the car when the offer stated that the insurance was included. You could make it more clear that this is necessary, because it ends up being a hidden cost.

I rented a car. Had the confirmation number. Went to pick up my car. Thirfty did not have my car and told me to contact you. I understand that you don't have a phone number so I sent an email. The email replies did not solve my issues. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.

correct details for Pick Up e-mail stayed Kiwi Direct but pick up was from Pegasus, made finding place difficult.
