You sent us a link to deal with the rental car company direct which we did and we had to cancel so we did that direct with them but you still charged us $100 fee.

The fitted bedsheet was worn as in the elastic was coming away from the sheet. This would be the only fault.

First time we had used transfercar and enjoyed it -aside from the grumpy guy in Wellington omega site who made it clear that the car was free so no frills-not that we expected any but he was grumpy and pretty short with us-almost like we were an inconvenience

The rental company screwed me. I told them of a tiny crack in the windshield that could be filled up with a 30$ windshield repair kit and charged me 1500$ for it. So might as well have rented a car. Of course this isn't your fault, but still makes me less likely to recommend the service.
