One thing - ypu mentioned that if we don’r receive a direct email from rental company withtin 48 hours prior to pick up, we need to contact Transfercar back. Do you mind specifying the best way of doing that?

For my previous experience, instead of getting a proper relocation rental car. I was given an old and ungroomed car that claimed to be company car from Ezu Rental and waiting to be sold in Christchurch. The car is clocking close to 300,000km and the mechanical sound makes me feel unsafe to drive for such a long distance from Queenstown to Christchurch. I was being charged a full insurance rate too for driving such an s car.

Communication was difficult but between us and hire car companies. Felt a bit like being in limbo? Maybe it was just us. Overall though a very good experience. Thank you.
