Everything was great. It would be good if you were approved for several cars during the same period, you can cancel free of charge. (Sometimes you apply for several options to make sure you get at least one).

I get really frustrated when once I have a relocation booking confirmed I had great difficulty contacting motopool for 8 days.motopool then cancelled my booking and transfercar got me another relocation rental via hertz who were great! Happy to discuss on 0457596503.thanks Anya

The reception desk in Queenstown informed me I would be liable for any windscreen damage. When are on the road and someone passes you you have no control over whether they flick a stone up at you or not. I did not think that was appropriate considering the company wanted the car transferred. Also they gave me a rental agreement. I inform said person that I was not renting. Then they tried to sell me insurance. You already had a hold on my credit card….i personally felt that should have been sufficient. Not the greatest experience.

It would help to have the car manual in the glove box as it took me a while to work out the electronics eg cruise control, radio etc. And break down information. We didn’t break down but wondered what we would do if we did.

I tried to do few relocation even when I am the first one to apply for the relocation I didn’t get it and I don’t understand why and it’s very frustrating when the company shoots select select by whoever booked the vehicle first if nothing wrong with them so I can tell at least I have a higher chance to get it before They respond because sometimes it takes very long to respond and the moment I’m in Sydney and I lost three time trying to get a vehicle to get back to Melbourne
