There was an issue with the original booking. The computer system was difficult to use, the vendor didn't get the correct details, tried to charge me incorrectly, and then made a call when they had been told my booking had been cancelled.

Checking you pick up and drop off dates. They were the same day. 3000km can't be done same day.
