Transfercar, as a concept, a company and a website worked incredibly well and was very easy and smooth. I would have given 10 of 10, but I feel that Mode rentals, one of you partners took advantage of me a little bit, charging me $870 dollars for a scratch on the bumper. Shady.

My car transfer experience was fine, but I was rather concerned that I was liable for $2500 insurance excess, with no ability to reduce or buy-out this risk. I will not do a transfer again if I am exposed to this risk.
