I was very unhappy about the $25 that was deducted from me. On the website there was only 1 car available and my partner and I both applied for it to increase our chance. Then we both got approved! Thus I needed to cancel mine and there was a $25 fee.

The deal said the interisland ferry fare would be refunded. Sixt, the company we drove for did not offer the refund. I am following up with them about the refund.

The insurance that came with it was really expensive. No instruction in the car. Not full tank. Very nice car. Navi not up to date.

Continue to Email options/alerts to those who have selected a vehicle as not always best fit and could be better option for one-way travel eg I had to drop off in Sydney but wanted one way Adelaide Canberra. Still worked fine for me as a student but needed a bigger vehicle.
