Communication between branches as we were charged a one way fee at dunedin which now has to be refunded. We got sent a seperate invoice as what we had signed and agreed to in CHCH. But otherwise has been great.

TransferCar - You guys operate an incredible system to match relevant drivers with vehicle rental companies... As I've been Relocating with Transfer Car for Over 12 Years plus... It's the odd Rental Car operator whom let you down.. My recent experience was average - Service wise.. Their paperwork... subsequent emails confirm pick up details promised a shirt airportvmeet and Transfer.... which they vehemently denied... and refused to deliver....

Honestly, it was perfect! We were surprised after initially wondering if it was a scam due to seeking credit card details. Nearly didn't do it, but we were desperate since getting to Cairns was problematic. A mutually beneficial arrangement.
