The last vehicle operator now only uses only one ferry company and was unable to book me on the day I preferred - effectively the vehicle was parked at my house for a whole day - disappointing. Would be nice to know when there are such limitations. I just had to accept situation as did not want to forfeit the $25 penalty. Otherwise, very happy with TransferCar.

Admittedly one lady was training two people and it took 1.5 hours to collect the car. Apart from that is was great.

A phone call for first timers would be highly helpful. It was my first time and didn't know the process and I got charged $8.57 instead of $1 because I arrived late.

More details about the relocation before booking it would be nice. Stuff like if I'm allowed to drive on unsealed roads and if extra drivers do cost more or not.
