Customer service chat to actually work. I used the chat, which said an agent would get in touch shortly - 24hrs later, no response. I managed to track down an Australian phone number and called it - operator said that they do not have a chat function/it’s not operational because they never received my query from the day before. Inconvenient as my query was time sensitive.

The communication between you and Indie Campers needs improvement. My reservation did not get into Indie Campers system even though I receive an email from you stating my request was accepted and I received an email from Indie Campers stating the same. When we went to pick up the motor home (which wasn't available) I was told that my info was not entered into the Indie system. I had to email call Indie Campers to get this straightened out, but we still did not have a motor home so we had to return the next day, which was frustrating. We were told to return at 9, we arrived at 11 b/c we wanted to make sure the vehicle would be ready, but when we got there it was not ready. I think you did your job well, but maybe you need to help Indie Camper. I would still recommend transfercar, I would also be willing to do it again myself. Thanks, a happy camper, nancy
