The only thing I would suggest is prompt responses to texts or emails but I appreciate businesses are short staffed and busy at the moment.

The concept is great but it just didn't happen. I booked a car . You said you accepted my offer waiting on confirmation from rental company . This is semantics to the end user. The language you use is important and should be much clearer .
