I used a car from Motopool and needed to negotiate the agreement which was oriented towards a long-term agreement rather than a three day transfer of a vehicle from Adelaide to Melbourne. It was a bit of a hassle, but it would have been better if they had an agreement specific to a short term transfer.

Sore arms from holding the steering wheel straight as it pulled to one side so had to use a little pressure to hold it straight all the time

Sometimes I want to book back to back rental relocations. So from Queenstown to Christchurch then Christchurch to Wellington and pick up in Christchurch on same day as I dropoff. The website won't let me do this. Maybe a warning could come up which you can choose to ignore.

Not really I ended up with a mini bus instead of a car however it didn’t make that much difference and as the guy said, that was the only vehicle that needed to go my way that day. I’ll definitely be using this again.

Make your Rental cars available for hire beyond picton so people can drop it off on thier destinations area Also make drop off easy

Telling customers where the nearby options are to fill up the vehicle, with diesel or petroleum and LPG gas and to get rid of grey water when bringing the vehicle back after the trip.
