Make sure that the pick-up depot address for the hire company is current! I wasted time and money going to the address provided only to find out they had relocated years ago.

I call you because I was going to be late and I still pay 700$ for a car who at the start have to cost me 5$ ok I was 2 day left but I do 4000km in 6 days so yes thing happen and make me late

Got a relocatable van through U-save from chch to queenstown. Flew in and had arranged to pick up at midnight, car was never dropped off and they never replied until 5pm the next day saying they had forgotten. Very expensive exercise after having to book accommodation and flights after having a contract. Very disappointing!!!!

Communicate disability fittings in advance. The accelerator pedal 'disappeared' while driving. it had flipped up when I moved my foot from brake to accelerator and I couldn't find it. Could be dangerous if overtaking (for example)

Misleading advertising about pick up and drop off locations. Car ran out of Gas within 2 minutes of pickup. No one answered calls. Genuine service but my experience was terrible. Be careful
