Person at counter was very rude and refused to give me car because my credit card does not have my name printed on it. I proposed to charge me $1 and show her charge in my bank statement to provide that card is in my name, but she refused. Also refused to call her manager. Not recommended to anyone.

Yes. I used the company Sixt and they promised 150 dollars to help pay for the ferry. Its been 2 months now and still havn't received the refund..

I was unsure where to pick up my transfer car at Christchurch airport and arrived at the head office when I could have more easily just gone directly to the airport. I think that was a Hertz issue though. Thanks for your service, no complaints!

Have rental companies be more helpful in giving more accurate information what vehicle is given and when picking up vehicle itโs completely different. Rental companies should tell everyone whom rent a vehicle with Lane assist that you can disable it . This function was a total shock to ones driving techniques and could be the cause of an accident. I only found out from friends about the terrible steering issue on a 2021 Kia carnival I experienced and lane assist came to light

Device compatibility could be more streamlined...found l had to call in after trying to use android to sign in....feedback from car company was non existent until l called in...lots of follow up needed unfortunately
