The car could be newer and more comfortable. The space in the back was not enough for two adults. We had to crawl on the bed. The equipment such as cutlery and camp chairs etc. were not new either, you would be better renew them.

Usually always good. Thou this time my car was only quarter full on pick up and was suppose to be full tank of free fuel. Didnt check until 30 minutes down the rd. All good because it was a beautiful audi suv.

Your customer service representative told me the CHCH branch closed at 7pm but it closed at 4:30pm. Otherwise great service.

be clearer on where pick up and drop off is as our relocate from Brisbane airport to Darwin Airport was actually Northgate, Brisbane to Winelli Darwin
