Cancelation at least 7 days notice instead of 3 would be preferred. I understand cancelations happen but 3 days left me stranded and searching desperately for an alternative. Also offering a back up option could prove useful.

I responded to an advert to get vehicles back from q/town to Chch and understood there was no rental fee or mileage . I’m retired and do car transfers for other rental groups and car sales groups and never have I paid mileage costs . I flew from Chch , paid for the diesel , and then was charged mileage to fill in my day No Thanks . If your company wants vehicles returned by capable retired people you should be more upfront and less devious . I’m thinking of taking this further and am waiting on solicitors advise re the devious nature of getting honest and reliable people to do your work by devious means . Regards Colin Kelly

A question box, Would be great if when you request a car you can ask a question. Example we only wanted if the van if it had a towbar

door locks did not work. a clean around the inside of door pillars. Apart from that very good service.
