Good system. One flaw however. I booked the car dates of pickup and delivery was accepted then immediately booked the ferry. Aha. Problem. All ferry’s booked out. So couldn’t meet the accepted delivery date. Tried to change it but Tranfercar and Apex rentals wouldn’t. This is a problem. Luckily a mate sat on the ferry sites and flukes what I presume was a cancellation so jumped in and got it. Fix your system to allow delivery date changes to accommodate ferry booking problems. I can’t see any reason why the rental companies couldn’t allow that flexibility. But excellent system

More info about vehicle. Though we were asked if we had any qtns but didn't know what to ask. Even about indicators/gears/wipers etc as quite different to cars
