Very slow hand-over where the staff were uncertain of how to do it. AND, absolutely no hand-over explanation whatsoever but referrals to the videos only. Since the vehicle type was unclear until we got it, pre-watching videos was not useful.

The operators are quite unreliable. I think that it's hard to plan something if they won't even respond. There should be some kind of moderation of the car operators
