I was hoping transfercar can incorporate free car insurance for the cars relocated from point a to point b. Also, to let me know exactly where to drop keys off, as agent shilpa said it was 24/7 drop off, but hardly even saw the key box and airport security dont even know about this. Lucky we saw an old brown box. But otherwise, it was a great first time experience. Till next time.

Notification system doesn't seem to work. I had a 'request' lodged but received nothing. I found the transfer by checking the website regularly. Apart from that all was good.

The young lady at the counter verbally mention not to drive on certain roads. Also she didn’t turn the page over to show us the restricted road on the map. We just signed the form without reading it. Also the app isn’t idea for people who aren’t tech savvy or use mobile phones. We didn’t use it as it was time consuming.
