You cancelled on my within 24hours of me needing to pick up my car.

We ordered a car, but one day before picking up the car, we suddenly received an email saying that the car had been cancelled. And we need a car the next morning. Now it happens to be a student holiday and there are few cars for hiring . This sudden cancellation has caused us to pay nearly $600 per day. This is a very very bad experience.

We were let down by our transfer the day before we needed the vehicle and was unable to secure another rental vehicle at such later date. I think the Transfercar concept is good but holding the vendors to the booking is essential especially when it has been confirmed by both transfer car and the vendor. Also having a better communication and information track between transfercar and the vendor companies would be more beneficial to the customers so they are fully informed when there isn’t actually a car available.
