Could the pick up and drop off times be more flexible? My understanding from the info was that the times cannot be changed. I couldn't pick up the transfer until late morning. This wasn't a problem for the car rental place nor me. The drop off was 8am, Auckland. I just got in on time (mental traffic and even more mental road works) however, it would be far less stressful if there could be a 2 to 4 hour extension instead of 8am. Not a great moan but just was a bit too stressful even though I had allowed more than ample time, for that city and at that time in the morning.

we have had a few transfercar and notice not so many giving petrol /ferry crossings etc .as a few years ago .

I booked twice return from Queenstown to christchurch and It got expired both time but didn’t received the confirmation from the rental company. Then I end up paying too much for car rental because it was last minute booking. I was in the middle of both the times if I get accepted and book the separate rental, will gonna end up pay for cancellations. You guys should have some contact where a customer can contact either you or the rental company to confirm if it is gonna go through or not. Really disappointed that there was no number to call and check on the progress.
