The problem lies with some rental companies. The Transfercar is a 10 but sometimes the rental companies are not.

It worked well except that the pickup and drop off times that were available didnt really suit my travel schedule. EG - the Apex Napier branch didnt open till 9am and I arrived at 7.45 at the airport.
