If someone can Drive your car from ine place to another, if you pay for his/her ferry amount in full Will be more sufficient i guess

Can't think of anything really. All staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful and the car was a dream to drive - definitely plan on doing it again :)

I had to wait for 2.5 hours at the RV supercentre, if a time is provided for pickup then vehicles should be ready at that time. There were over 100 pickups on Friday due to Splore festival. Therefore, extra staff should be scheduled to work to manage high numbers of pickups.

There were concerns over the deposit taken from my account, as opposed to a âholdâ or âpending transactionâ. Still trying to sort it, but I think that may be to do with the operator vs transfercar. Otherwise great service :)
