The drop off times at operators with a branch at the airport is always cut off at 16h00 or 16h30. However, nearly all of have key dropboxes. The Transfercar site doesn’t allow a late drop-off (on the assumption that the pick-up the day before was late) but the rental operator never seems to have an issue if I leave the key in the dropbox. It is really frustrating that your site doesn’t allow for this, even though the rental operator clearly has no problem with it!

It would be nice to be able to express flexibility when making a request, rather than having to state a particular date and time for pickup or delivery.

I was rejected for a couple of transfers that I applied for. It would be helpful to get feedback as to why one is rejected, so as to improve the chances on subsequent applications. Other than that, I have already recommended the service to a number of people, who have started to use the site.
