I did not know there was a $50 fee for a cancellation. It was not obvious which it should have been. I booked a car but could not collect it as you did not allow a driver without a credit card. I had the credit card for the bond but I was not picking up the car. So I was very unimpressed with this approach.

The cancellation fee could be removed. Especially if its at least a week earlier.
