Yes,the Wellington drop off after hours was not open...this was not mentioned at the Auckland airport office, if I hadn’t called them to check I wd have gone to Hanau st and it would have bn shut instead I went to the ferry drop off and left the car and keys there.This should be corrected as others will be confused re after hours drop off in Wellington. Thanks

They are not ready to give at least one day extra asking for $ 165 for one day. Secondly i drop one day before and not ready to give back $20 paid for insurance.Thirdly its was a not automatic (manual). But in the ad. it was mentioned as automatic.So very bad experience.
