Advise in confirmations of the rental that Budget Rentals require hirers to provide a proof of address. That is a change from previous hires for us it caused quite a problem when we were picking up the car. Fortunately we had someone at home who could photograph a bill forward it to my phone. I checked neither your confirmation email nor Budgets confirmation email highlighted the change of policy made since June that required this additional evidence.

Any improvements to the booking system to know if rental operators had seen your request would be helpful but otherwise transfer car is an excellent service!

All went well on this my first booking. Previously when I’ve applied there was no acknowledgement at all. Suggest a ‘you have not been successful this time’ message as early as possible would be helpful so the driver can make other plans without delay. I’ve already recommended your service to a few friends. Thifty were very professional at collection drop off - so a good experience quality car all round. Thank you. Lisa
