Provide reviews of the car hire companies. The one I used had very poor google reviews and I’m not sure I would have gone ahead with the relocation if I’d have been aware of this when making the transfer request.

Response time to requests. The last one I booked I had to cancel because ferry sailings had booked out in the interim while waiting for request to be accepted.

No, it was pretty damned seamless to be honest. I think it has a lot to do with the actual rental company too, I ended up with RaD who were great to deal with. Looking forward to another transfer soon - keep up the good work!
