No I had a great experience with Transfer and would use again.

Everything went as planned without hiccups at, and that was appreciated the only MINOR negative was that the advertisement stated a full tank of gas as opposed to the monetary value, as there was a large discrepancy between the two.

We told the van receiver that the fuel gauge showed the fuel was showing half full. Little checks could like this could stop arguments later down the track.

More information about the vehicles and cost involved, the Jucy campervan I drove from Melbourne to Brisbane needed to have insurance paid on it, which was not mentioned when I was accepted for the relocation

Not really. I heard from you the morning after I replied for a car so that was helpful. Knowing that you won't get confirmation of a car for a day is helpful but I really appreciated knowing the next day so I could make other travel arrangements.

Be a little more open about the fuel and insurance costs involved as the rental experience does not end with a Free relocation ;-)
