Currently, once the bookings are confirmed in Transfercar system, they cannot be changed - If this can be updated in the system and Staff has an option to make changes, I believe it can help a lot.

Not really. Great service! There are sometimes relocations on the website that are still available even though the drop-off time is impossible to make so perhaps need to be removed a bit earlier.

Quicker response time to approve the transfer. Generally I like the product though.

Not really. Online sign in was great. Easy to pick up and drop off. Just the shuttle options at the end of the trip would have been nice. Not like they are right next to a busy airport.
