I got confirmation of the vehicle reservation with one email which mentioned there would be a follow up email from transfer car or from the rental firm... but no follow up confirmation email came. So, I had to call up to get the details :(

Well when we picked up the car at Wellington it was really clear we were gonna have a 4*4 and then they changed the car (maybe seing that we were 2young ladies ..?) They didn't tell us where our car was in the carpark they just let us go saying look at the number you will end up finding yours ... . Also the drop off location wasn't clear and we didn't get told if we needed to give it back with a fuel tank of fuel or not . By respect we gave the car back with the full tank and the lady at the drop off tell us we didn't have to but I didn't get paid back of anything . Also with the assurance it came to 92$/2 days . I'm currently renting a car that comes (rental price + assurance) to 80$/day so transfer car isn't actually a cheap alternative after all .
