Ensuring the car is ready to collect on time. Ensuring that the second driver details are clear. We provided the drivers licence, sighted in person as requested I had to wait for the relocation car to be available 15 mins late. Second driver left to drive home Then told that his signature was needed. It would have been helpful to have been told that when the drivers license was photocopied.

The person issuing the car should have been aware it was a transfer car not a rental. Better description of how ti get to where to drop cars off at Auckland airpot.
