Less distance from Picton carpark to key drop boxes. Service was great

Initially I found the website and process for making a request for a car quite confusing. Nothing told me I needed to make an account before a request would actually be received and actioned. It was only after a phone call that I found this out. I would have missed out on my booking if I hadn't made this phone call

Not sure. The primary reason for the score is because, this is not everyone's cup of tea. People who are keen on this may not worry about the score. The aircon could be improved. If the backseats were closer, kids wouldn't feel isolated.
