Probably to be fairly informed up front that free days can actually include charges like a daily charge, road user charges and insurance so although cheaper, the free days are certainly not free.

A bit more info about the car at the beginning of the journey would be nice (like measurements, wheel pressure - a spreadsheet would be enough) sticker on the inside of the gas cap door Honoring the 50,- tank fill promis without prompting

The clearance of the bond would be good... like upon delivery it should be released... that’s my only gripe is when I have to wait 10 days and I’m Left out of pocket for ten days after I’ve delivered it and refuelled

I rung to ask if I had to replaced fuel the day before as I was looking for the cheapest way to get to Christchurch and they said it was free but upon pickup I was informed differently. Pathetic service and could of got the bus cheaper or I could of hitched like I was going to

Nope it was at least the second time I’ve used transfercar both times were excellent. The woman who served me in Queenstown where I picked up the car was very friendly helpful patient 😁
