would be nice to get a response from support... would have booked three two additional cars for the route we had to take but there was conflicting information on one of the cars and i couldn't contact anyone to confirm (i did email no response) .. therefore didn't end up booking.

The timing: was supposed to pick up the car at 8am for Dunedin airport but the shop only opened at 8:30
