transfer car itself was fine... the actual car company was difficult. There were issues on arrival, eg, 'no night driving' contract to sign when this was NOT spelled out on the information on Transfer car website. It was calypso campervans. Also, they had no option for insurance excess reduction - which is not very good.

my car that was originally arranged was let out prior to my arrival so I had to wait for an hour at the rental car place while another car was obtained.

I thought it would be an easy no catch process but didn’t realise the excess was so high or the windscreen damage. I used it as an option to get from Napier to Taupo but bus would have been a cheaper option given the cost of the petrol
