Faster time for confirmations please. I know some suppliers take 24 hrs until a request is confirmed. Thats too long as if i was paying it would be an instant confirmation. Onecway reloc are also a cheaper way for the car hire co to get that car back to where it needs to be. So i think they need to play ball also

When I went to pick up the camper van in Sydney, they had no record of my reservation even though the Camperman Company had debited 100$ from my account. When I tried to call Transfercar the person with whom I spoke was very rude and told me to email instead. In addition to not receiving the vehicle I still have not received my refund from Camperman.
