The car I picked up was really dirty, to the point I drove with the windows on because of the smell. That was of course down to the rental company Apex. But there is no need to hand over a car so dirty, transfer price or not.

Basically all cars go to auckland airport. So structurally its a tricky Inge to recommend. As a service, a little clarity around the building procedures would be useful.

Advise users that they could be waiting up to 10 working days for refund of their bond/deposit. Very confusing to book the car for a particular time and have it confirmed and then have the time changed later.

Let people know which hire car company the car is coming. If I had known it was ace rentals, I would have chosen someone else. The car broke down and we never got there. This has happened before with that rental company

Knowing rental car company before booking. Being able to see and select (or not) extras such as insurance to reduce excess and roadside assistance when booking online.
