From my last transfer (Dec 22) I did not receive a booking reference email from Europcar so when I went to collect I initially thought I was not going to get the car on that day but thankfully they sorted it all out.

The charge of bond, / insurance for access can be refunded at the end of returning car would be good.

My friend ended up in the hospital on our trip and you charged me as if it was a rental car. We got it all the way to Christchurch for you. You had absolutely no sympathy for the fact that we couldnt finish our road trip, we had to pay hundreds in medical bills and more money to purchase a plane ticket to Auckland. And you still charged us.

Just be clearer at times on any additional charges as I recently rented a camper van and wasn’t aware that I had to pay the RUC charge

More coordination between tranfercar and partner location companies. People from Budget did not seem very sure of which conditions applied for example for the fuel inclusion and young driver supplement
