Dont misrepsent the vehicle as having shower/toilet...as I relied on this information and the change resulted in extra costs for accomodations.

Hard to pre register with the companies details so saves time at check in. A pre register system would be great.

About the cancellation policy is there any leave way as per the actual rental company if I can cancel before 2 days then there is a charge but when I cancelled last time almost a week before I still got charged from the transfer car. So, I don't know how the policy works.
