Communicate better

Used transfercar twice : first time my confirmed request wasn't registered. Still had a car, but a 4x4 which isn't as fuel efficient as I'd hoped - for a journey where fuel wasn't covered. Second time, request was registered but it took the agency ages to find my booking and allocate me a car. Both times I had to wait almost an hour at the counter for the situation to be handled. I do understand that it isn't really up to you how relocators are handled when they pick up the cars. Although, it could be a rule that the cars never have to be fueled up when dropped off ? Minor problems which won't stop me from using transfercar, but being a foreigner in the country I'm not that likely to recommend the website to friends, who live abroad for most of them.

Really not a whole lot. Very easy website, straightforward; third party response was quick. Overall experience was excellent.

Comunication btwn you and rent company. First - ferry ticket was included in offer, but no more info how they will pay. Second - empty fuel tank, they did not know nothning about that and I have to show them the info from transfercar.
